Before you buy or mine PKTC, you have to setup a wallet first. There are a few wallets that support PKTC and each one has it’s benefits. It’s also important to note that not all wallets are to be used for mining.
When mining PKTC, you get paid every 60 seconds. This will generate a lot of transactions and some wallets will virtually freeze when they synchronize because of this large amount of transactions. The wallets that aren’t mining compatible cannot process a large amount of transactions all at once during the sync process. If you only intend on buying and storing PKTC you can use any wallet.

Note: If you are announcement mining, it is perfectly okay to use the same wallet address across multiple machines. Additionally it’s also perfectly okay to mine with any amount of machines using the same internet connection as long as you have sufficient upload speed. You do not have to keep your wallet running while you mine.
